The Village is very quiet but is close to all amenities supermarkets etc:- in the town of Evron only 10 mins drive away.  There is a Tabac/Café run by an English couple just 1 mile away and the Boulanger comes daily to sell her bread in the village.  The house has been refurbished and has all modern conveniences with a fully fitted kitchen and a comfortable living area with a dining table and chairs and a wood burning stove in case it gets cold.  There are 2 double bedrooms and a pull down sofa bed in the study.  The bathroom has a shower and a bath the toilet is separate.  There is a large garden well fenced and a patio area with garden furniture and a barbeque.  There is lots to do in the area there is a lake with a beach, café,  tourist train, swimming, horse riding, mini golf only 10 mins away. There is magnificent golf course in Sable, and the City of Le Mans is only 45 mins drive away.  There is also a large Zoo at Le Fleche  So if you would like to experience the real France please call us for availably and prices.
